Originally from North Carolina, Nicole Brooks received her BFA in Communication Arts at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia. With a focus in illustration and typography, Nicole combines shape design and intricate line work to compose fantastical spaces. Her dedication to learning and exploration leads to a constant evolution of style and allows her to convey mysticism, wonder, and imagination in her illustrations

 

When not in the art studio, Nicole enjoys going on walks with her dog, Fitz, practicing her photography at local events, or re-reading Pride and Prejudice.
